The Alliance is responsible for the delivery of the Change Programme Partnership phase three workstreams and will deliver these by bringing together education, health, social care and voluntary and community sector organisations; embracing difference, solving challenges, reducing unwarranted variation and inequality, and improving resilience

Creating better outcomes
Our joint commissioning strategy is a high-level vision for joint commissioning in Leicester City, Leicestershire and Rutland for SEND that is based on removing barriers to opportunity, improving equity of access and providing care and support to enable children to enjoy and achieve life to their maximum potential. We want to do this through the best use of available resources and spending wisely to achieve greatest impact; we recognise that this is best achieved through early intervention that supports independence, choice, and personalisation.
