Shaping SEND Futures (SSF) comprises neighbourhood-level ‘innovation collaboratives’ that work together to design, plan
and deliver needs-based initiatives that serve the local CYP SEND population.
Strategic Ambition
To develop locality based SSF sites across the three counties that will, through locality and grass roots working support:
- Local Area SEND and Inclusion strategies
- The LLR Joint Commissioning Strategy
- The development and implementation of neighbourhood-based solutions to local, county and system-wide challenges
- Identification of scalable ideas / projects
- Identification of appropriate test and learn sites (EG. Portsmouth model roll out)Shared learning and best practice across LLR
