The Education Leaders Forum exists to provide a collective voice and strategic input from education leaders into the work of the LLR SEND & Inclusion Alliance.
It will ensure that the perspectives, expertise, and operational realities of schools and education settings across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland inform the design and delivery of the Change Programme Partnership (Phase Three) / other Alliance workstreams.
The Forum will:
- Support the Alliance’s mission to support children and young people with SEND and their families to lead fulfilling lives and achieve their full potential.
Enable effective two-way communication between schools and the Alliance, ensuring co-production, transparency, and system-wide learning.
Strengthen collaboration across education, health, care, and the voluntary/community sectors to promote inclusion and reduce inequality.
