Our Children and Young Person’s (CYP) SENATE is designed to elevate the voice of Children and Young People and will help to hold the Alliance to account
It will:
Steer: Share your experiences and shape the Alliance – your voice matters!
Engage: Coproduce ideas with you to make a meaningful difference
Network:Work with other young people and professionals across LLR to build relationships
Action/Accountability: We want you to hold us to account and provide us with feedback
Transformation / Truth: Your honest feedback will help us transform services and benefit you
Empower: We want the Alliance to empower you by developing your skill set and boosting confidence.
We are currently recruiting to the Senate and are looking for children and young people aged between 13-25 who have lived experience of SEND services in Leicestershire. Our first meeting will be held on 7th March.
